Custom Products
Every AutoKeepsake product — mugs, canvases, t-shirts, and tumblers — is custom-printed on demand using your design. Because each item is individually produced, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or quantity
- The recipient did not like the design
Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will review your claim and may offer a refund or replacement:
- Printing defects — wrong colors, smudging, misalignment, faded print, or other quality problems
- Damaged in transit — broken, cracked, torn, stained, or water-damaged items
- Wrong item — you received an item that does not match your order
Apparel Sizing
T-shirts and other apparel are printed to your selected size and cannot be returned or exchanged for size reasons. Please consult the size chart on each product page before ordering.
How to Report an Issue
To request a refund or replacement for a defective product:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Email us at the address below with your order number
- Include clear photos showing the defect or damage
Refund Process
Once your claim is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- You do not need to return the defective item
Lost Packages
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or delivery provider first. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Wrong Address
If a package is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, we can reship the order for an additional shipping fee or issue a partial refund (excluding original shipping costs).
