Cancellation Policy

AutoKeepsake does not currently offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. All orders are one-time purchases that are paid in full at checkout and shipped after production.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please email support@autokeepsake.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to honor cancellation requests received before production begins. Once an order has entered production with our print partners, it can no longer be canceled — but defects are covered under our Return Policy.
